My Gym Stats (the “App”) is operated by My Gym Stats (“we”, “us”). The App is designed to help families track a gymnast's meet scores, placements, photos and routine videos.
Accounts may only be created and held by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children under 18 may not create or hold their own account. By creating an account you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete whose information you enter, and that you consent to that information being stored and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are under 18, ask your parent or guardian to create the account and enter your results on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@mygymstats.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
You keep ownership of the scores, photos, videos and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the App for you and the people you choose to share with.
By uploading photos or videos of a minor, you confirm that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you have that guardian's permission, and that you have the right to upload the content. Do not upload content that includes other people's children without their guardian's permission.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The App lets you invite other people, or create a link, so family members and coaches can view your athlete's results, photos and videos. Everyone who receives access must sign in with an account.
You decide who receives access, and you are responsible for that choice. Please only share with people you trust, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
The App may generate automated feedback from uploaded routine videos. This feedback is an estimate produced by software. It is not an official score, not a judge's evaluation, and not coaching, medical or training advice.
Never use the App's feedback as a substitute for a qualified coach. Always follow your coach's guidance on technique and safety.
My Gym Stats is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USA Gymnastics, MeetScoresOnline, any meet organizer, or any gym or club. Scores you enter or import are your own records.
Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the App's operation, scrape or bulk-download data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@mygymstats.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe puts a child or another user at risk.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that uploaded videos or photos will be preserved indefinitely; please keep your own copies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
