My Gym Stats accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children do not create accounts and we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child.
All information about an athlete in the App is entered by their parent or guardian, who consents to it being stored and processed as described here.
Account information: the guardian's email address and password (stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider).
Athlete profile: name, optional nickname, date of birth, competition level, gym name and an optional profile photo — all provided by the guardian.
Competition records: meet names, dates, locations, seasons, event scores, placements and all-around totals.
Media: photos and routine videos the guardian uploads, and any automated analysis results generated from those videos.
Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as error logs.
We use this information only to provide the App: storing and displaying scores and media, producing charts and reports, generating video feedback, sending account emails such as sign-up confirmations and password resets, and sharing results with people the guardian invites.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not show advertising in the App and we do not use children's information for advertising, profiling or behavioral tracking.
Athlete profiles, scores, photos and videos are private by default. They are visible only to the account holder and to people the account holder explicitly invites or shares a link with — and those recipients must sign in with an account before viewing anything.
The account holder can remove someone's access at any time from the Share page.
We use trusted third-party providers to host the App, store data and media, and deliver email. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Automated video feedback is generated on-device or through our processing infrastructure solely to produce results for your account.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual meets, photos and videos at any time inside the App.
To delete your entire account and all associated athlete information, email info@mygymstats.com from your account email address. We will delete the data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to comply with law.
As the account holder you may request a copy of the information we hold about you and your athlete, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@mygymstats.com and we will respond as promptly as we can.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls that restrict each account's data to that account. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and share results only with people you trust.
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
